Refund policy
AD COMMITS RETURN, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Last updated: August 5, 2026
1. CUSTOM DIGITAL PRODUCTS
AD Commits creates personalised digital graphics based on the information, photographs, school details, branding and design preferences submitted with each order.
Because every order is custom-made for a specific athlete and design work may begin shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot normally be returned, exchanged or refunded simply because the customer changes their mind, no longer needs the graphic, chooses a different school, submits different photographs, or decides not to use the completed design.
2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
By placing an order, you request that AD Commits begin reviewing your submission and preparing your personalised graphic without delay.
Once an order has been placed and work has begun, the order cannot normally be cancelled and the payment is non-refundable.
If you contact us immediately after placing an order and work has not yet begun, we may consider a cancellation request at our discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.
3. REVISIONS
If you are unhappy with the initial design, AD Commits will work with you through revisions rather than issuing a refund.
Revisions may include reasonable changes to elements such as:
- text, spelling and athlete information;
- colours and visual details;
- photograph selection or placement;
- school branding;
- layout adjustments; and
- other reasonable design changes consistent with the style purchased.
Revision requests must remain within the original order, selected product and agreed design scope. A request for a completely different graphic, template, concept, athlete, school or announcement may require a new order or an additional charge.
Customers must provide clear and complete revision instructions. Delays caused by incomplete information, late responses or replacement photographs do not create a right to a refund.
4. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for checking that all submitted names, schools, class years, photographs, logos, spelling and other information are correct.
AD Commits is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or approved by the customer. We will make reasonable corrections through the revision process, but customer-submitted errors do not create a right to a refund.
5. DELIVERY AND NON-RESPONSE
Completed graphics and previews are delivered digitally using the contact details provided with the order.
A refund will not be issued because:
- the customer does not respond to messages or revision requests;
- delivery is delayed by missing, unsuitable or incorrect photographs or information;
- the customer changes their commitment, signing or announcement details;
- the customer no longer wishes to post or use the graphic;
- the customer ordered the wrong style; or
- the completed graphic receives less engagement than expected when posted.
6. DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT CHARGES
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, charged an incorrect amount, or charged for an order you did not authorise, contact info@adcommits.com as soon as possible.
We will investigate genuine billing errors and issue any refund required after confirming the error.
7. PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If AD Commits fails to provide the purchased service, or the service is materially different from what was agreed and the issue cannot reasonably be corrected through revisions, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law.
Where correction is possible, AD Commits will normally be given a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue before any other remedy is considered.
8. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact info@adcommits.com so that we can review the order and attempt to resolve the issue.
Submitting a chargeback does not automatically create a right to a refund. AD Commits may provide the payment provider with relevant order records, submitted information, communications, previews, revisions and delivery evidence when responding to a dispute.
